Basically both the programs cover almost same subjects in the area of business management. However, the Executive MBA Program is more intensive because of the greater levels of maturity of the candidates. Hence the same subjects are covered within one year, without any compromise in the program structure. The pedagogy used in the Executive MBA Program is more oriented towards the case studies, faculty-student interactions, and other interactive processes. The focus is more on practical applications rather than a pure theory.
